THIS REVIEW WAS MODIFIED AFTER 3 WEEKS OF USE.-I usually limit myself to using essential oils in a diffuser to give a nice scent to my apartment and I avoid commercial air fresheners as I find their scents to be too chemical and overpowering. I'm quite sensitive to scents and if they are overpowering it gives me nausea. I finally watched enough influencers’ videos to want to try a flower reed diffuser and expected it to smell light and fresh, kind of like a perfume. I chose the one called REFRESHING AIR as it sounded closest to what I was looking for.In the first 2 weeks I was convinced it was not for me as I found the smell to be too strong, even though I was only using 2 reeds. My apartment is not very big so that was also part of the issue in my case as the scent will strongly linger in a small space at first.So I moved it to a corner and after a week it gradually started toning down, to the point where I would only catch an occasional whiff of the smell and it started feeling pleasant. After 2 weeks it was the perfect level of scent for me - I moved it back to the main space of my apartment as I actually enjoyed the smell now and wanted to catch it more. I flipped the reeds once they dried and the scent was still enjoyable (not as overly strong as the first week but just the right level).Overall, the product is true to description and arrived well packaged but, if you are someone who is sensitive to scents and want to give this a try, I recommend giving it a week or two to tone down.

Very big container you can compare yo 3 wick candle. The scent us floral and lovely not overwhelming.

A gift for my friend

I honestly purchased this for the look and not the scent. I did not like the fragrance; however, it is beautiful. Would purchase again for the look.

The smell kinda goes away and I am flipping the sticks like you are supposed to. But I like the look, very cute in the bathroom.

So, it’s been a week. At first I hated this scent. It reminded me of scented cat litter (similar smell as the febreeze one and cloying/too strong). After a couple of days, the smell leveled out nicely and it’s definitely still noticeable without being over powering. That said, it’s in my office and if I leave the door shut for a long time it does seem a little too strong, so I would say it’s good for small spaces if they are open to larger ones regularly. When my office door remains open, most of the whole upstairs benefits from the diffuser. The appearance is subtle and it *just* fits the frame-shelves I have from ikea (they are really shallow shelves, so I’m happy I could squeeze it up there). All in all, I’m pleasantly surprised by this product. That said, it’s only been 1 week, so we’ll see if things change.
